Group Pilates is a group-based class designed to build strength and enhance mobility and flexibility. They are designed so all can participate, whether an elite athlete or your everyday person, catering for all levels of experience and capabilities. Classes are run in a circuit training style, incorporating a mix of reformers, Cadillacs and small equipment, or a Matwork style.
Both incorporate a mix of contemporary and modern pilates but will have you feeling muscles you didn’t know existed whilst focusing on building strength, endurance and flexibility.
Classes are physiotherapist-led and no previous experience is required.
