With a background as an active junior rowing athlete and experience coaching in swimming, rowing and group fitness, and now transitioned to distance swimming and cycling she understands firsthand the demands of training and the importance of sustainable fuelling.
Eliza works with a wide range of clients, from adolescents and recreational athletes through to elite performers. She has a particular interest in swimming, rowing, cycling, endurance and ultra-endurance sports, team sports, injury recovery, RED-S and supporting those recovering from disordered eating behaviours.
Her approach is evidence-based but always grounded in real life. She focuses on adding variety and fuelling strategies rather than unnecessary restriction, helping clients build confidence and long-term habits around food, performance and wellbeing.
