Following your 1:1 S&C Assessment, these classes are perfect if you’re looking for extra support to get started in the gym or push the limits of your individual programming. With a maximum class size of 6, your coach will guide, support, and challenge you as you put your individualised gym program into action. Expect great technical coaching and feedback during these sessions.
