Following your 1:1 S&C Assessment, this is the class if you’re looking for some extra support to get started in the gym or push the limits of your individual programming.
With a maximum class size of 6, your coach will guide, support and challenge you as you put your individualised gym program into action. Expect great technical coaching and feedback from this session.
