Clinical Pilates Instructor
Nina is an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) and a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy from Curtin University.
She has extensive Sports Physiotherapy experience having previously worked as Physiotherapist for Perth Lynx Basketball, West Coast Fever Netball, Australian Under 21s Netball, the Hockeyroos and WAIS. She continues to work with elite tennis as a Tournament Physio.
Nina combines a holistic treatment approach with manual therapy and exercise prescription to ensure all contributing factors are properly addressed. She has a particular interest in lower limb kinetic chain issues, load management, rehabilitation of injuries through to high level performance, strength and conditioning and injury prevention programs.
Nina also has a special interest in running and performs Running Analysis in the clinic. An Accredited Athletics Australia Running Coach, she combines her Sports Physiotherapy skills with her running knowledge to allow for comprehensive treatment of all running issues. Nina also teaches Clinical Pilates.
