Lou is a motivated massage therapist, in the final stages of her exercise science degree and has spent 7 years in elite sport.
Passionate about a wholistic approach to the care and prevention of injury, Lou’s experience in Pilates also compliments her approach to enhancing the efficiency of movement and the journey of physical therapy.
